Michael, the Quiet Might of SWAY, was born in born in Ventura, CA and moved to Phoenix when he was 13. He studied elementary education and nursing while working in the restaurant industry as a host, trainer, server, and manager. He also has first-hand experience with brands such as Express, American eagle and Hollister, as well as worked for Verizon, QT and Best Western. He believes the secret of SWAY’s success is all in the details and he is well aware that, for the amount of work that goes into each event, it is SWAY’s goal to make it seem effortless. His experience in every aspect from many brands has led to his commitment to provide the same quality of service to every client, from international accounts to local mom-and- pops. His favorite SWAY Events have been the customized VIP Experience for the 2-day Phoenix Pride Festival and the co-branded VIP Experience created at the Social Slam Selfie Awards, in Los Angeles
